What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?
We are not responsible for packages once the tracking number has been marked as delivered. You can contact your local post office and make a claim with them, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds. You can purchase signature confirmation to protect against this issue.

These are pretty but very, very fragile. My intended use was to join a pendant to a long loop of prayer beads... not wearing it as a necklace, just gently passing the beads through my hands, no rough use. After about a month, I can't get the ring to stay closed reliably, so the pendant falls off mid-prayer. And of the two I ordered, this is the one that started with a firm closure. The other one felt weaker from day 1. So while these are pretty, don't expect them to support any weight, and don't suspend anything fragile from them!

The item looked just like the pictures, but unfortunately it won’t class at all. It came closed, and as soon as I opened it it won’t re-close. Such a bummer because it’s really cute!
