What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?
We are not responsible for packages once the tracking number has been marked as delivered. You can contact your local post office and make a claim with them, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds. You can purchase signature confirmation to protect against this issue.

I didn’t realize this would be a chain without any clasp. It’s my bad for not checking the length or that detail. I ordered with a bunch of earrings so it all kinda worked out with free shipping. Still wasn’t what I was looking for

I would like to begin by saying I have purchased multiple items that have all fulfilled my expectations. However, I was disappointed when I figured out that this chain is unfinished and sold by the foot. I had bought a gold filled letter pendant by the same seller and was excited to be able to add the pendant to the chain until I came about my discovery. I would also like to mention that it is not the sellers fault, rather mine, for not reading the description or the full title to the product. It is definitely mentioned that it is sold by the foot and that it is unfinished but you would need to click on the “...” in the title to be aware of that and that was my mistake. Overall, every other product I have been fully satisfied with.. it was just unfortunate how this came about but it’s my fault /: FYI read the full title! :)
