What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?
We are not responsible for packages once the tracking number has been marked as delivered. You can contact your local post office and make a claim with them, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds. You can purchase signature confirmation to protect against this issue.

They will NOT stay in place. With most clasp when you insert the clasp should lock in place. This is NOT the case with this clasp. If you want something pretty but NOT sturdy then you should make the purchase. But if you are like me; you work hard for your money and want sturdy clasp for the price you pay, then I would suggest shopping else where.
