What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?
We are not responsible for packages once the tracking number has been marked as delivered. You can contact your local post office and make a claim with them, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds. You can purchase signature confirmation to protect against this issue.

I got this as a gift for my friend, she regularly wears earrings like this and her old ones were badly tarnished. These earrings seem to be good quality, however, as they have not been worn a ton it is hard to accurately tell the quality. They are a bit flimsy, but that is to be expected with these kinds of earrings and is not something you can really avoid. Overall she really enjoys the earrings and they have not tarnished in the nearly two months she has had them, so I would say they are pretty good quality
