What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?

These earrings are amazing for the quality and price. I ordered a pair of these about 4 years ago and have worn them everyday, in the shower, swimming, etc. They just recently started to tarnish after 4 years of constant wear. They're the perfect hoops for my doubles and triples and the quality is outstanding!
