What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?
We are not responsible for packages once the tracking number has been marked as delivered. You can contact your local post office and make a claim with them, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds. You can purchase signature confirmation to protect against this issue.

Nice beautiful chain. It shipped promptly and nicely packaged. I got the lightest colored silver. It is clean and beautiful. But my jewelry project is antique silver. I'll need to order the next darker color.
