What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?

Hi margaurite...just received my pendant lovely...only thing wrong is there is no loop on it so i can put it on a chain...disapointed in that otherwise i really like it...if need be i will keep your shop on my fav list...also i saw your last name armenian so am i my maiden name diranian...what a positive day for armenians..pres..biden declares turkish massacre a genocide...on this solemn day our ancestors are acknowledged✝️☮️have a great day b safe...i am 1/2 greek & 1/2 armenian... they have passed from my life & i miss them...especially my father...sincerely karen pavlos
