What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?
We are not responsible for packages once the tracking number has been marked as delivered. You can contact your local post office and make a claim with them, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds. You can purchase signature confirmation to protect against this issue.

Very dainty, I love the chains but when they say dainty they mean it, so be prepared! I’m worried about breaking it accidentally. But they are lovely and the shipping was super fast!
