We accept returns on everything except chain and earrings, as long as the item is returned in its original condition. What happens when the package says delivered but I never received the package?
We are not responsible for packages once the tracking number has been marked as delivered. You can contact your local post office and make a claim with them, but we are not responsible for issuing refunds. You can purchase signature confirmation to protect against this issue.

I had some issues with the item I received so I messaged the seller to see if I could get a replacement. The Seller immediately responded to my message and made it right. They also confirmed the beads are genuine Swarovski crystals as I had stated the beads were not true Swarovski in my original review. 5 star customer service.
